Is there a difference between exchanging your product variant and returning a product back to us?

The following are the difference between an exchange and a return:

Exchange

When you create an exchange, you can exchange your ordered product with another variant; however, it must be the same product.

Return

We truly cherish your satisfaction at Chicsta.com; you have the liberty to return any product you are not happy with.

There are two ways to get a refund for any product you return:

  • Chicsta credit which can be used to purchase anything you want
  • Credit/debit card although this is based on the mode of payment you used while placing the order in the first place.

Exception: to be eligible for a return, your product must not fall under the no-return policy.

How can I exchange my product variant?

At Chicsta.com, we got you covered! Immediately you create a change request for a particular product, we will reserve the product. Here’s the good thing, if by the time you are requesting for exchange the price of the product has jacked up, you won’t pay any extra dime to receive it. In the same vein, if the price of the item has gone down when you are creating your change request, we will refund the extra amount to you as Chicsta credit. As you can see, you don’t lose a thing with Chictsta.com.

The following are the steps necessary to request for a variant change:

  • Click on ‘My Account’ and log in
  • Click on ‘My Returns/variant Change’
  • Click on 'Create' and select 'Change your variant'
  • Select the items you want to exchange
  • Select your new variant
  • Click on 'Proceed'
  • Click on ‘Create’ and that’s all!

Within 48 to 72 hours, our courier will collect the original items and at the same time deliver the items you want in exchange.

  • Exchange process for ME and KSA:
  • Click on ‘My Account’ and log in
  • Click on ‘My Returns/variant Change’
  • Click on 'Create' and select 'Change your variant'
  • Select the items you want to exchange
  • Select your new variant
  • Click on ‘proceed’
  • Click on ‘Create’ and that’s all!
  • An Exchange AWB will be sent to your email address, print it
  • Lastly, you can contact our courier partner to collect your item(s)

We will send your exchange items to you immediately the items you want to exchange have been picked up and are in our warehouse. This usually takes 2 to 3 days.

Immediately you create your variant change request, ensure you arrange how your original items will be picked up because if we are unable to receive them in 2 weeks after your request has been created, we will have no choice than to cancel your request.

Terms and Condition for Exchanges

  • You can only exchange items within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The items must be in good condition, it must not be used and it should still carry its original tag.
  • Finally, the item should be in the same brand box you received.
